In North Keldagrim their is a special mining area that you are allowed to go to only if you have completed Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf quest. The requirements for the quests that you need to do for that quest and the quest is 17 farming, 69 strength and 61 hunter. Because of this, their will be much less people their than would be at a place with no requirements. This special mining area has around 8 gold ore, 8 adamantite ore and 2 runite ores. This ore is all compacted very close to each other and is very close to a bank. This is one of the best spots in runescape for mining. I'm predicting you will make 800k-1mil gp per hour off runite ores and around 400k gp per hour off adamantite ores.
