Fast leveling for Melee Combat skills

-What you need-
Melee Armor (Preferably Rune or better)
Around 70+ Combat is advisable
Melee Weapon (Rune or better)
Food (Lobsters and up are good)
F2P or P2P

-Where to be-
Level 3 of the Stronghold of Security.

-What to do-
1. Get your food from the bank, and head over to the Stronghold of Security.
2. Go down the ladders, through the portals, etc. until you get to the green floor.
3. Go through the first 2 barriers, into the room with level 50 Giant spiders.
4. Turn Auto-Retaliate on.
5. Let your character attack spiders as they attack you, until they stop attacking.
6. When they stop attacking you, go back into the room with the ladder and portal, and go up the laddder.
7. Go back through the portal and down the ladder, back into the spider room, and repeat when they stop attacking again.
