-What you need-
(I had) 60+ Range
Bow (Magic, Dark, Crystal, Kharil's Crossbow, or Runite Crossbow recommended)
Range Armor (I'll post a picture of what I used)
Arrows (I used Mithril)
Dusty Key
Air Runes or Staff (I used Staff, much cheaper) (Runes are better for emergencies)
Law Runes
Water Runes (or Water staff if you bring air runes and do so choose...)
(If you use Runite Crossbow) Anitdragon Shield or Dragonfire Shield

-Where to be-
Taverly Dungeon (Blue Dragon area)
-What to do-
1. Equip your range armor, arrows, and have your runes, key, and/or staff in inventory.
2. Go to Taverly Dungeon, I hop East wall, close to the East bank and go Northwest to it.
3. Go to the Blue Dragon area, and stand in a safe spot. (I stand at the beginning of the southern passage way and safe spot from here)
4. Attack a Blue Dragon.
5. When it dies, pick up your arrows, and the bones. Re-equip arrows.
7. Once you get a full inventory of Dragon Bones, equip air staff or water staff, depending on what you have, and teleport to Falador.
8. Run to the East bank, deposit all bones, and repeat.

-Additional Notes-
The dragon bones should make about 100k per inventory.
You should get about 7k range xp per inventory.
I pick up the grimy herbs dropped buy the dragons, clean, and drop. Gets me a little herblore xp here and there.
You should also pick dropped runes, laws, natures, and waters, since these stack.
Obviously, pick up other valuable drops, such as uncut diamond, since it is 11k.
Picking up only Dragon Bones gets you the most money and Experience per inventory, though picking up Blue Dragonhides AND Dragon Bones is about 14k less per inventory, but takes half the time, and gives half the experience. Its more money basically.
Having Ava's Accumulator equipped in place of the Obsidian Cape would be better.
